All Star season that could have Been

Here will are Baseball fans, coming up on the All Star Game. And the votes are in. Two of the greatest homerun sluggers, are voted in to start. That is right, am taking about no other than Barry Bonds and Ken Griffey Jr. However, Sammy Sosa, was not voted in at all.
How can the fans and the media has keepSammy Sosa, out of the All Star Line Up. Hell Out of the game.
A-Rod and Derek Jeter, will repersent The New York Yankees.( Just a passing thought , I wonder what team A -Rod, will be playing for next season).

Well back to Bonds and Jr, now these great homerun hitters, are nearlly at the end of there careers.
Barry Bonds, has been to the World Seriers, with Pittsburg and San Fran.
And of course, Bonds, will brake the All Time Career Homerun record. Bonds is sitting at 750 homeruns for his career, with nine more games left till the All Star brake. Barry Bonds, will brake this record this season, however, it would have been great with if Bonds, could have broken the record. Before the All Star Game. All Star Game being help at San Fran, this season. It would been have been wounderful for Bonds, to go into the Allstar game as the All time Career homerun record.
Now on Griffey, Griffey this season will join the 600 club. Jr, has 585 career homeruns thus far before All star game. There will be no question that Jr, will not only make it to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Jr, is 15 homeruns away to hit 600 homeruns for his career.

Now with Griffey it is different, his history is going to be written ,what he could have done in his career. If only Jr would have stayed healthy. There is no telling how many years Jr, has left in him. If Jr plays for another four seasons, Jr should reach about 685 career homeruns for his career.
Just picture a race to 755 career homeruns. Between Barry Bonds and Ken Griffey Jr.
Well it is not that hard to picture, in looking back at both sluggers.
In the middle 90's, Bonds and Jr both was in a homerun race aganist each other for about four season's till Jr, was hurt.
So this season to me, is what could have been. A dream saeson in MLB, that almost was. Only if Jr would have had stayed healthy. Well Nuff Said.
